im so sry u have irresponsible parents. i dont think its fair to u b/c u seem like a good person. but take this as a blessing. u know what a good parent isnt. so when the time comes for when u have kids. u will be better to them and make sure they think good of u. parents are the influence to their kids from their beginning. we all look up to our parents when we are children. [[that makes me think of the saying "in the eyes of a child a mother is God."something like that...]] i dont care what anyone says. i stand by that. we are all in some way another part of our parents.  im glad u arent taking all of ur parents actions or behavior as an example to live. i know some ppl who would sadly use that to make bad choices...and to me that proves u are a strong person w/ good judgment. i hope u realize that. take care.

   I'm sorry that you are having to deal with so much pain.    I'm glad to know that you've had it checked out by a doctor...I am the worst about going!  I hope that htings get better for you.

If you do suffer from migranes there could be several things you could do:

1) Migranes don't come on you sudden, but are triggered.  Do you know what your triggers are?  if you do, then you can take pain pills in advance or minimize your triggers

2) Caffine in high doses may work. It dialates the blood vessels and causes a reduction in swelling

3) Going to a 7/11 store or eating icecream/slushies/cold food until you get brain freeze may also work.  Why?  Because brain freeze literally results in a cooling of the hypothalmus and it interrupts the feedback loop your body is giving your brain taht enables it to feel the pain of the migrane.  Think of it as a muscle spasm in the brain---you stop the loop and the spasm stops and the pain stops.

4) Intense org**m for the same reason as #3 above, plus it releases endorphins.  THe catch here is that you have to have a very big one, and keep it up--meaning not stop, but rather keep going after your org**m---in other words, keep up the stimulation for a good 20-30 minutes---normally this will result in continual or multiple orgams and the rush of endorphins and musculator contractions and relaxation causes the interruption of the look.  The downside to this is that normally you have to have a partner to provide the stiumulation since most women will normally stop once they climax...for it to work, you have to continue to stimulate after you climax so you stay at that level for at least a half hour.

5) If you get migranes with menses, check to see if you are also seriously retaining water--if you do, then an OTC dieuretic could help flush your syustem and the migrane could go away..

#4 and #3 work in about 65% of the cases...

Take some paraceatamol or if you can't do that make sure you drink loads and try to relax.

I hate headaches what is the point of them????  They are worse enough to make lose concentration but not bad enough to get a day off!

i know from experience that you may always be standing "behind" a bottle of bear and never in front of.  make yourself worth more...and don't allow it.  i told my alcoholic (this was years ago), that he was a big boy and could make his own choices for his life, so i wasn't giving him an ultimatum, even if he chose to see it that way.  but if he chose to drink, he simply could not have me as well.  big boy...make your choice.

you deserve more than for him to choose that bottle over you.

   I'm soooooooo sorry that you went through this. Alcoholics can never promise not to drink again...He sounds like he is an alcoholic...Alcohol so damages hearts and relationships. I pray that he sees his problem and gets help. Keep us posted.

thank you for your comment...yes..I wish I had a dog house right about now. I did feel a lil bad for the way I reacted but then after waking up and him trying to act mad at me i realized that i was right and he is wrong. I just feel so hurt and I love him so much i mean we have been together for 4 years and have a daughter, but damn..if he lies to me about this i feel like what else will he lie about..and we have had issues in the past with him lieing..anyway..thank you for your comment..it helped.
